metroDPA Social Equity Program

Struggling to afford a house in the Denver area?

With the cost of homeownership rising in the Denver area, some homebuyers may be able to get a little help through the metroDPA Social Equity Program.

metroDPA is helping people throughout the Front Range become homeowners. If you make up to $188,250 a year and have a credit score above 640, metroDPA may be able to help with a home loan and down payment assistance to help you buy a home.

You may receive a percentage of the mortgage loan amount for your down payment – with no interest – and you don’t have to pay it back if you stay in the home for three years.

To determine whether you are eligible for the metroDPA-Social Equity program, review this map. If you lived in a BLUE or GREEN area between 2010-2022, you may qualify. If you or an ancestor lived in a YELLOW or GREEN area between 1938-2000, you may qualify.

Don’t live in Denver? metroDPA is available in all of these Front Range cities and counties.(PDF, 243KB)
