Hilltop

Hilltop is a highly desirable residential neighborhood in central Denver, valued for its quiet streets, mature trees, and proximity to Cherry Creek. Known for its strong sense of community and timeless appeal, Hilltop consistently attracts buyers looking for established neighborhoods with long-term value.

Hilltop homes include classic ranch and mid-century properties, extensively remodeled residences, and custom new construction on larger lots. The neighborhood’s architectural variety, combined with generous lot sizes, makes Hilltop real estate especially appealing to buyers seeking space, privacy, and flexibility.

Residents enjoy close access to Cranmer Park and Robinson Park, along with quick connections to Cherry Creek North shopping, downtown Denver, and top-rated public and private schools. Its central location offers easy commuting while maintaining a calm, residential feel.

With its prime location, strong resale demand, and enduring character, Hilltop remains one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the Denver real estate market.

Food & Drink

  • Locanda del Borgo - Some of the best Italian food in the area, in a quaint setting

  • Kazumi Sushi - Best casual family sushi spot, also delivers locally. The lunch handroll special is my go-to

  • Call Your Mother - Don’t miss out on zataar bagel

  • High Point Creamery - Hands down the best around. The salted caramel is great, or try the flight.

To Do

  • Picnic or run your dog at Cranmer Park, but beware of Parks & Rec rangers on off-leash patrol

  • Ride bikes to Cherry Creek North for a coffee at Aviano, or a cocktail at Forget Me Not

  • Attend the annual Halloween Parade & Festival
